Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t quite right, please read the information below carefully before requesting a return.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition
  • Packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used beauty products
  • Items with broken seals
  • Products marked as final sale

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

Once your return request has been approved, we’ll email you with return instructions and the return address.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos where applicable

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue for you.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider

  2. Then contact us at help@statesandseasons.com if you need further assistance
